The firm was established in 1995 with three shareholding Directors: David Hughes, Richard ‘Dick’ Carne and Sharon Hughes. Keith Jarman was an adviser with the firm from outset and became a shareholder and Director when Dick ‘retired’ as a Director in 2000. David Hughes and Keith Jarman are the registered advisers within the firm which, being directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority means they are answerable to the regulator for the quality of advice given to all individual and small corporate clients.
